So are normal members aloud to host GUC GFX tournaments? Or will Mods and Council only be able to host?

For now, I will host. In the future, I might consider some reliable members. I'll have the GUC Council evaluate the performance and maybe they'd be able to do it again sometime.

Also is there a suggestions thread? Like not an awards suggestion like a site one?

Not just yet. The battle system isn't ready yet. All will be added to the Board's Rules as soon as possible. I'm updating it a lot tonight since I have no homework.

Is there a spot we can brag say about the awards we earn or congratulate others?

Lol... conceded much? "brag," OMG! I would love to brag about what I win all the time.

I think that would be a little overly morbid.

It would just lead to fighting.
